Right know you might see things moved around or not see them at all, that's because We're changing some stuff... so yeah. don't freak out. This drastic changes... they're not actually drastic but the word "Drastic" sounded cool.... (cricket effect) Anyways, this will be going on because we want you to be happy... Oh yeah. We care about you. While we do this you'll see a poll every once in a while and it is very important that you do vote or answer the question because that we'll help us decide what content you like the most, what things you would like to see here. So do vote or answer... the poll will be placed in the right hand corner.

Chill people, good things come from polls and questions.... so they said.

CES in Las Vegas Nevada

The International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas is bringing up quite interesting devices and technologies. Whether you are interested in this new things or not it is very likely that this emerging devices and technologies will affect your future sooner or later.  The big boom right now is the e-readers, laptops and LED thin TVs’.  Of course let’s not forget green technologies that promise to be friendly with the environment.

We certainly have evolved as new technologies come up, and why not? It is practical to do so.  Remember those mornings waiting for the newspaper to arrive?  You gather a lot of info from it but then computers came and changed everything. After computers arrive you could have news info and more not only locally but also worldwide. Practical and convenient, yes, when you are near a computer. What if you’re always on the run and your phone isn’t quite “cool” to read and get what you want fast.  New devices such as e-readers, laptops and even laptops integrated with e-readers could change your everyday life. You want instant access to thousands of books, you got it. Access to internet, you got it.

Having all in the palm of your hand isn’t always comfortable, besides, you don’t want to be watching a HD Video in a small screen when you could be watching it in a thin 42” LED TV in your living room with a crystal clear image that would make you feel your part of the action. That would be nice.

The question is what new technologies or devices do you want to change your life?

GSM Mobile Phone Code Hacked

The fashion of hacking things grows and hackers are after more valuable things than your locker in your high school. The GSM encryption algorithm that secures 80% of the mobile phones in the world has been hacked. A German computer scientist (super geek) with a couple of friends and some old computers hacked the code. The code was created 20 years ago by GSM so is no surprise that someone finally cracked it.
Don’t worry people, the GSM Association claims this doesn’t compromise the security in mobile phones and that it is far from an attack. Unless hackers have $30,000 laying around in computer gear and some very smart friends then only government agencies are able to crack the code that protects more than 4 billion mobile phones.
In other news, apparently YouTube was also hacked. This has not been confirmed by YouTube but some users saw some weird things. The thumbnails of their videos were change with a photo of a Chinese guy Named Domino Suzuki according to users of the video community.
